There are differences, and they are worth knowing about. The Spheric Speech Clarity runs at a lower maximum strength here. The Spheric Speech in Loud Noise programme is there, but you switch it on yourself instead of the aid doing it for you. And the features that help you lock onto one voice in a crowded room are fewer than on the higher models.
