1. You have age-related hearing loss
2. You’re aged 55+
3. You are registered with a GP surgery in Coventry
Please note, if you’re experiencing any of the below symptoms or conditions, you need to contact your GP as we’re unable to support you through this NHS service.
- Sudden hearing loss or deterioration within the last 90 days.
- Hearing that’s much worse in one ear (we can check this if you’re not sure).
- Ear pain or discharge that’s lasted for more than a week in the last 90 days.
- Fluctuating hearing loss.
- Tinnitus that is bothersome, one-sided or pulsating.
- Vertigo, including spinning, dizziness, swaying or floating sensations.
- Blocked hearing from ear wax or a foreign body object.
- You’re under current ENT investigation for any symptoms.
